Position : Head - Global Engineering
To lead and manage engineering maintenance and strategic improvement globally.
- Establish the company's maintenance global infrastructure and policies, while implementing best practices at all sites in order to leverage the network's size to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Establish the company's technical knowledge base through the deployment of SME's in key disciplines to support design and execution of projects, and implementation of best practices across the network.
- Support the projects team in design and execution of new and ongoing projects
- Support plant engineers in ongoing technical issues
- Devise global policies and implement technical best practices across the network
