Head/GM/VP - Mechanical/Electrical & Plumbing - Real Estate/Infrastructure (12-22 yrs)
Level would be : GM or VP
- Responsible for planning, Design coordination, material procurement, liaising with government authorities, coordination with consultants, scheduling with time and cost, appointments of contractors, making of presentations on progress and presenting with client, certification of contractors bills, monitoring quality procedures, team building, monitoring installation & commissioning of MEP services including electrical and HVAC etc
- Techno-Commercial experience with client acquisition through the bidding process, and Project execution. Handling multiple projects coordinate with Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
- Responsible for Post Tender coordination for all MEP Projects, execution, Testing Commissioning and successfully handing all project.
- Leading the Project Management team in all aspects of the project, represent the company at project coordination meetings, timely completion and closeout of the project as per project scheduling, ensure timely and accurate billings & accounts receivables, review & approve vendor payments, providing Planning input, Documented Project Progress, QHSE policy and by expediting of timely material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
- Have a good Exposure into Data Center MEP.
