Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

MAJOR ACTIVITIES :

1. Build HSE Management Systems and processes for the Project and cascade the principles to various constituent businesses

- Devise HSE objectives and provision of support and facilitation to Project and functions for framing the HSE plans

- Foster continual improvement in HSE practices by adopting international HSE best practices and benchmarking HSE performance regularly

- Create an effective HSE Organization structure to deliver the objectives of the function

2. Provide support and guidance to the Project and functions for solving technical HSE related issues

- Document HSE management systems about how to manage risks related to HSSE aligned to the constituent the Project

- Guidance and provision of HSE technical and management support to the proejct in the establishment of HSE systems, standards and procedures

- Provision of technical HSE inputs for projects, modifications and improvements

- Review HSE integration across the different constituents of the Business Value Chain

3. Build a comprehensive HSE Training and Communication program to increase HSE awareness and competence

- Guidance in building Training and Communication modules both at the Group Level and constituent businesses

- Conduct HSE training and awareness session across businesses

4. Mentor and Coach the Group HSE team and Business HSE teams to achieve the desired objectives

- Review and monitor the performance of the Group HSE team

- Guide the HSE teams in their goals and objectives

5. Prepare and monitor HSE budgets at a project level and inputs to the business HSE budgets for better utilization of funds for different activities

a) Develop a HSE budget for activities across the businesses

b) Give inputs to the Business HSE teams in preparation of business specific HSE budgets

- Person should be from Premium Engineering only ( IIT / NIT preferred )

- Should have telecom and construction exp

- Age should not be more than 45 yrs

Experience: 15 + to 22 yrs

- Current designation should be GM / AVP level

- Must be from Refinery, Plant, Road, Highway, Pipelines project ( Refinery is preferred )

- Current CTC should be more than 70+ L/A

Must have site safety, corporate safety exp
