Importance of Position :

- This role is intended to provide an availability of Quality technical staff to improve the product & process Quality

- The goal is to drive Quality function successfully that improves Product, Process, customer satisfaction & sales base in the region/state.

Skills Needed:

- Strong in regional language Hindi/Gujarati. English is added advantage.

- Developing a Quality plan and enforcing Quality systems; validating products & processes to meet the defined quality level

- Strong interpersonal skills, supported by strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills

- Good customer service skills to deal sensitively with all staffs

- Minimal verbal presentation and written communication skills

- Able to work quickly under multiple task pressure without direct supervision.

- Able to understand technical diagrams and manuals

- Aware of electrical, mechanical and chemical - basics, health and safety norms

- Exposure to MS -Office, Email, Travelling to new places and appropriate health

Roles & Responsibilities :

- This position has to provide improved vehicle and its parts Quality to end customers.

- This position will be based in our Manufacturing factory.

- The specific tasks to handle is trouble shooting, diagnostics repair as well as preventive maintenance in vehicle Quality activities.

- Submit timely (Daily/weekly/monthly) Quality reports to Supplier, Assembly Section and Management

- Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to staff base when required

- Escalate technical issues and Provide product feedback/customer suggestions to R&D/Production on monthly repotring

- Involve with other team members to establish best practices/decisions and Act independently when required

- Maintain corporate values and policy
