Objective :

- This position shall be responsible to ensure that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output with Zero defect to customer is achieved. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical

Key responsibilities :

- Preventive maintenance

- Corrective maintenance

- Periodic maintenance

- Predictive maintenance

- Opportunity Maintenance

- Breakdown maintenance (as per breakdown intimation / slip received from production)

- Autonomous Maintenance (For maintaining machine in original condition)

- The above is done by successfully Installing, maintaining, improving, and repairing equipment, plant, services and building installations to set levels effectively in compliance with best practices ensuring production efficiency can be met within a safe well-presented facility.

- Actively utilize continuous improvement methodology to progress the maintenance function

- Prepare the maintenance budget and Achieve goals within budget

- Oversee jobs sent outside (motor winding) and also ensure that AMC are given on time to right parties.

- Spare Parts Management

- Cost saving / cost optimization

- Team building / team development (skill gaps up gradation)

- House keeping & Safety

- Monthly MIS

Candidate Profile :

Education : Essential - Engineering Graduate B Tech or BE Electrical, knowledge of Mechanical Engineering

Desirable - Relevant experience

Skills :

- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Thorough knowledge of machines parameters like speeds, controls etc.

- Thorough knowledge of various types of breakdowns and various types of maintenance
