Head - Manufacturing Excellence (16-19 yrs)
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and lean management
- Integrate Operational Excellence to ensure cost, quality and deliver improvement strategies
- Drive valuable changes and manage multiple projects
- Ensure senior management is aligned in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles as mandated
- Provide resolution of a broad range of manufacturing and general management issues, which will include long-range strategic plan and annual operating plans, allocation of resources and achievement of the Company's overarching strategies and objectives
- Design and implement architecture for SOP-driven Manufacturing process
- Design and create a framework for implementing industry-benchmarked tools and processes within Performance System that drive the maximum effect on improving Key Performance Indicators of manufacturing
- Develop and build an internal lean manufacturing organization while educating the concerned stakeholders during the process.
