Head - Manufacturing - Personal Care/Fabric Care & Home Care (15-24 yrs)
Our client is one of the known name across personal care, fabric care and home care categories within consumer goods space.
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for overall production as per global manufacturing standard
- Drive strategy, planning & execution for the organisation.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Sr.management / top management on manufacturing plans, goals, and future product innovations
- Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in areas such as finished goods distribution service levels, manufacturing and operating efficiency, quality, cost control, administration efficiency, legal compliance, inventory control and HR Management.
- Manage employees and hands-on operation of the company's manufacturing function, whether in-house or sub-contracted
- Ensure that manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness
- Responsible for meeting established operating budgets; monitor the cost & effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and Achieve Good Volume, Quality and Manufacturing standards.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to Quality Management Process in factories
- Ensure smooth and cordial employee relations and also external environment
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Factory heads to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards
Candidate Profile :
- Engineering graduate (B.E -Mechanical /Production) from primer institute.
- Incumbent should come with minimum 15 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Professional & positive approach, self motivated, strong in building relationships & able to effectively communicate at all levels, team player & able to to work on own initiative, dynamic & creative
