- Mandatory (Core Skills 1) - 5+ years Experience in thermal and structural or electromechanical design.

- Highly Preferred (Core Skills 2) - Experience in battery management system.

- Highly Preferred (Experience) - Participation in Formula Bharat/FSAE/Baja SAE .

- Highly Preferred (Experience) - Experience in Electric Vehicle Industry.

 Mandatory (Company) - Automotive Companies

Preferred (Company) : Electric Vehicle companies like Matter Energy, Ather Energy, Ola Electric, Mahindra Electric

Mandatory (Education) : Btech / BE In Mechanical Engineering.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead Mechanical Teams.

- Own Engineering + Quality + Hiring + Team building.

- Lead a team of designers, test engineers and cross functional teams..

- Manage communication with internal and external resources, like supply chain, process engineering and test validation teams.

- Setting up product development processes from architecture, FMEA, Component to product testing.

- Building capabilities in team across various domains of mechanical Engineering - Thermal, structural, etc. 


- Get. Set. Production. Take all of it to production

- Design the right architecture, choose the right materials (to meet specs and cost), get it tested, work with the cross functional teams and build the best solution.

- Set up processes to ensure timely delivery ensuring product quality.

- Responsible for team training and hiring.

- Own team morale and culture.

- Evaluate Project budgets and resource allocation.

Ideal Candidate :

- 8+ years of experience in product development with successful product cycles.

- Experience in taking Electro mechanical components from Concept to Production (Design, Analysis, and DFX).

- Experience in high voltage battery development, Safety and BMS Interactions.

- Experience in leading and building a product development team.

- Expert in material selection and component selection.

- Excellent Mathematical and Analytical skills.

- Hands-on experience with optimising Mechanical packaging for weight & volume, and cost.

- Experienced working with Voltages and Currents and understands their impact on Safety and reliability.

- Experience in creating Efficient teams.
