CORE COMPETENCIES :

- Monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects

- Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material, cost & machine

- Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment / lines to increase machine up time & equipment reliability

- Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same

- Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools; vibration monitoring of pumps, compressors, etc.

- Monitoring cooling tower parameters; maintaining its performance; carrying out noise level monitoring and its analysis in particular area

- Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency

Identifying scope for:

- Utility modifications/energy conservation.

- Planning/implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency equipment

- Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced

- Candidate should have utility operation and maintenance experience which is mandatory.
