Head - Mechanical Project Design - IIT/NIT (8-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Design and development of material handling system (conveyors, Different type of Parcel Sorters, Weight and Dimension Measurement System, Automatic Storage and Retrieval System etc.), and special-purpose machine.
- Study of a new application at the customer end.
- Providing technical proposal
- Manage and Lead a Team of competent Design Engineer.
- Getting the design made through design engineers and releasing for manufacturing
- Development of designs/features for product quality improvements, cost-saving, import substitution etc.
- Provide leadership for existing as well as emerging product and application technologies through an understanding of customer and business needs.
- Capability to provide internal design consultancy across the organization for emerging design/machinery problems faced by different Divisions
- Understanding the strength and limitation of various sensor like LVDT/Distance/Force Torque/pressure/Photo/laser.
