Head - MEP Tendering/Estimates & Business Development (5-10 yrs)
For our esteemed client - a leading and fast growing conglomerate, having businesses in Civil Engineering & Contracting, Real Estate, MEP, Hospitality, Pipe Industry, Quarries etc, in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, we are looking for the candidate.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years tendering experience
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
- Experience in ME or Africa will be an added advantage
