Key responsibilities

The incumbent will work towards bringing in operational efficiencies and ensure various initiatives undertaken are completed on time as per set targets

- Partner with functions and leadership teams to develop OpEx roadmap for continuous improvement at HO and plants

- Periodic monitoring and evaluation of OpEx program with annual targets and strategic goals

- Review daily / monthly performance, conduct gap analysis with cross functional teams

- Identify projects for productivity improvement, quality improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement, maintenance and efficiency improvement

- Evaluate feasibility of projects and action plans using scenario modeling and prioritize for implementation

- Lead shop-floor implementation of To-Be way of working and identified projects through cross functional teams and HODs

- Facilitate change management through training, coaching and hand-holding of teams for sustaining the gains

- Conduct spend analytics, benchmark As-Is performance and drive spend rationalization and supplier management initiatives

- Facilitate improving internal efficiencies in Supply Chain and Manufacturing by waste minimization using process redesign, layout changes, deployment of leading practices

- Design and drive organization wide continuous improvement program to bring about cultural change and sustainability

- Other duties as assigned

Desired background

- Educational background: Should be from premier engineering college / B-School

- 6-8 Years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Excellence and Continuous improvement

- Strong knowledge of Consumer Durable/FMCG / Manufacturing Industry

- Handled team size of 3-6 members

- Six-Sigma Green belt certified
