Role: Head of Operations

Location: Pune

Experience: 22- 25 years of experience in end-to-end project management within Clean Technology, EPC, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, and Textile. Proven experience in leading large cross-functional teams.

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical). PMP certification by PMI is added advantage.

Key Skills:

- Expertise in cash flow management, project finances, and achieving EBIT targets.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Projects and project management tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution - from project initiation to commissioning.

- Lead and mentor a team across functions like Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Installation, and Commissioning.

- Drive improvement and maintenance of project margins, cash flow, and EBIT.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with company objectives and client needs.

- Serve as an escalation point for all topics related to Project Management & Operations.

- Manage high-level relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.

- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

- Provide strategic inputs to top-level management and contribute to business growth planning.

This position is a Leadership role that combines technical expertise in project management, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills to ensure the seamless delivery of projects while achieving financial and strategic business objectives. The individual will lead large, cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between operations and senior management.
