Location: (Ahmedabad)
- Managing the P& L of the entire plant. Ensure that the plant operations are as per the Budget. Managing EBITDA.
- Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and controlled variable cost.
- Establishing highest Safety Standards in all processes and ensuring sustenance of Safety Culture within Plant.
- Establishing Leadership Commitment towards implementing HSE policy across Plant.
- Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & ensuring implementation of adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.
- Ensuring highest level of Employee Engagement in line with management expectations through various initiatives.
- Formulating Strategies for Employee Satisfaction & aligning employee's expectation with company objectives.
- Project planning, scoping, activity sequencing/ estimation, tracking and development of contingency plans to meet cost and time over-runs.
- Monitoring on daily basis healthy IR within the plant.
- Executing cost saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and operate within the budget.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality systems and comply with OSHAS 18001, EMS ISO 14001, IATF 16949 quality standards. Three successful Audit cycle completed with Zero Major NC.
