Position Operations Head
Job Location: Bellary
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director
Educational Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Engineering
Management degree from reputed B-School
Years of Experience & Preferred Industry :
Minimum 22 years- experience with atleast 8 years in leadership position of operations of a medium to large sized company.
Industry: Construction, EPC, Main Contracting (Steel / Civil)
Critical Skills Required : (Technical/ Behavioural/ General)
Knowledge of Best Practices and change management.
Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Financial planning and managing resources. Analyzing and interpreting financial data. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques.
Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several teams.
Major Deliverables/ Key Result Areas:
Building Operations Efficiencies
Driving operational improvement and profitability through seamless processes and operational workflow.
Guide & Control Plant Operations, SCM, and oversee HR/ EHS/QA/QC and be completely responsible for driving the plant P&L .
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team member
Ensuring production milestones are executed as per set up Business Goals and KPI's.
