Head - Operations - MEP Projects (18-25 yrs)
- Financial Performance as per ABP: Achieving /Exceeding ABP booking targets in line with business and achieving/exceeding ABP billing target by maximizing VA(Value Added) and minimizing TOPEX.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive Sales & Business Development for a business mix from Buildings-Multi-services, Factories, Large Projects and Standalone services as per OBG to achieve and exceed ABP target
- Drive Design Engineering Function: Drive design engineering deliverable through Regional Engineering Manager by focusing on GFC shop drawing quality, 3D Revit implementation, and regular project review meetings resulting into on time material delivery.
- Effective Project Management & Site Construction Management: Drive effective project management & site construction management through delivery head focus on developing good project managers for single/multi MEP service, good construction engineers who in turn demonstrate superior project delivery at site as a team.
- Driving Procurement Function: Drive procurement function to develop a pool of good vendors and SITC system provider for getting procurement savings and ensuring on time delivery.
- Building Team Competence: Analyze training needs of sales, engineering, procurement construction team members of all cadres and build competence through OJT and classroom trainings.
- Project Associates Development & Management: Foresee the requirement of workmen labour for MEP spectrum for coming years and in line with the ABP growth plan, strengthen the service wise strength of PA workers cutting across MEP spectrum
- Image Building: Building image through demonstration of Superior Project Delivery & developing healthy customer relations resulting in repeat orders with premium
Must have Requirements :
Graduate Mechanical Engineer + MBA
- Total : 18- 20+ yrs
- Sound knowledge and understanding of MEP projects
- Thorough understanding of Terms of Payments, Capital Employed, DBO, Interest Cost.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of MEP projects.
- Knowledge of VAT, Works Contracts Tax, Service Tax.
- Knowledge of ISO quality system, tools, benchmark practices
- Professional Management of Project Sites
