Head Operations - Moulding & Aluminium Die Casting Engineering (7-15 yrs)
Candidates only from Aluminium Die Casting Industry need to apply & NOT from Sheet Metal or Plastic Moulding Industry.
Candidate must have 7 to 15 years experience working in HPDC Mould Design Engineering department or Casting Engineering. Must have complete know-how on Autoad 3D & Simulations interpretation & Capable to design mould.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Validating the mould designs as per the company's Mould manufacturing standards. Assessments of simulation, Casting drawing from machining drawings, 2D and 3D mould layouts.
2. Design coordination with Taiwan office /mould associate till final approval for start manufacturing of mould and take written approval from customer.
3. Respond to - customer's and mould associate- s- technical clarifications while mould manufacturing.
4. Record all technical updations coming from both sides and share with both sides as per Communication Format.
5. Immediate response on any - sudden engineering changes- at both ends (RTTL/ Mould Associate/ Customer).
6. Discussing deviations if any with customer at any span of time, if needed.
7. Monitoring of Time plan and execution at every stage till mould reach India.
8. Assist mould associate for providing third party interventions support whenever needed like outside inspection, coating and other processes.
Education : Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma.
