Head - Operations - Pharma/Biopharma (12-20 yrs)
Oversee all the Operational and Commercial aspects of Company activities and locations across India by taking up the - Profit Centre Head- responsibility.
- Take up full accountability of P&L of Company within consistent organizational framework of budgeting, costing and collections.
- Manage the business through monthly analysis of financial reports to determine the success and failure of plans and programs initiated to accomplish certain goals; take actions, as appropriate, to adjust to the results.
- Create a strategic growth plan for the next 3 years for Company and implement the same within the agreed timelines - be responsible for the strategic direction of the business.
- Be responsible for the monitoring and accomplishment of financial metrics including, but not limited to, sales growth, margins, return on investment at each of the locations, reach across various market segments and customer control.
- Assess the existing staff and its capabilities; align organization structure and talent assessment with the vision for the business and adjust as appropriate.
- Foster a successful, accountable and goal-oriented environment; lead, build and develop high-performing, competent teams that are success driven.
- Be accountable for recruitment across all Company locations.
- Direct and manage the Administrative staff and their activities.
- Steering the activities of Company offices and ensuring the efficient utilization of all training resources.
- Provide inputs and guidance as required by the Sales team. Support to Business Development: making presentations to other corporate clients or to colleges.
- Work closely with content development team for ensuring high quality programs, training modules and other such deliverables.
- For internal training needs of Company staff, provide all required support from Company for planning and executing the training activity in partnership with the content development team
- Conceptualize, acquire and implement a suitable Learning Management System and other IT systems as needed to support the operations of Company
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Computing or Quantitative Sciences or Life Sciences or Business Management with an experience of 12+ years.
- Extensive knowledge of the Training and Development industry, Learning initiatives within corporates and through understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience of managing sizeable multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Excellent Communication skills
- Outstanding people management skills
