Job Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This strategic leadership role requires an individual with strong management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for interior design. You will work closely with various teams to enhance productivity and maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Woodofa's vision and business goals.
2.Project Oversight: Manage the execution of interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, designers, and operational staff.
4.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes.
5.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
6.Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
7.Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality materials and services are delivered on time.
8.Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
9.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2.7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
3.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams.
4.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
6.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
