We are looking for an experienced Head of Planning and Execution to oversee our Production and Procurement departments, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of high-quality products.

Objectives of the Role:

- Lead the Planning, Execution, and Manufacturing Planning departments to ensure the timely delivery of quality equipment and parts.

- Manage production and procurement planning, updating schedules regularly for on-time order completion.

- Coordinate manufacturing, procurement, and workshop activities to prevent idle times and optimize delivery schedules.

- Identify potential issues that may impact production schedules and proactively address them.

- Manage shipping schedules to guarantee on-time product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and lead timelines for planning, procurement, and production activities.

- Ensure production and procurement are aligned with planned schedules.

- Maintain quality standards for all products.

- Review and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement.

- Optimize productivity based on production data analysis.

- Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards for workers and equipment.

- Monitor and enhance operations to avoid process hiccups.

- Recruit, train, and assess team performance.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure outcomes meet desired goals.

- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, HR, and Logistics to support production and delivery processes.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- 16-20 years of experience in the Machine Manufacturing industry, with at least 7 years in a management role.

- Prior experience in manufacturing and management is essential.

- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.

- Technical competencies in manufacturing processes (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
