- Experience in Planning, Timely Mobilization, Maintenance and Optimization of Plant & Machinery, Asset management division.

- Strong technical knowledge over Earth moving equipments, Construction equipment's and plants, Lifting equipments, Heavy Motor Vehicles and other equipment's.

- Familiar with the latest specification and present trend of Construction Equipment's used in Highway/Road, Irrigation, Tunnels, and Power Projects etc.

- Implementing process modifications for optimizing resource utilization and maximizing productivity and adapts automated systems for streamlining operations to enhance operational efficiency.

- Responsible for keeping the company's fleet of all construction equipment and vehicles in the region/ sites well maintained and good working condition; Properly plan and deploy / mobilise / demobilise equipment as per the projects requirement in a timely and cost-effective manner; Ensure minimisation of downtime, and adherence to the desired productivity and safety norms.

- Properly assess and map the entire needs of equipment at all the projects sites in the region; their availability both in-house and from external agencies / hired equipment required; take timely actions to ensure timely availability of equipment at different project sties. Also plan and ensure the Asset movement (mobilization / demobilization) as per projects requirement.

- Preparation of budget for spares/ repairs/ manpower with respect to project allocation; and new project capex preparation, mobilization, etc. Preparing and analysis of Cost Estimate for all Plant and Machinery based on Equipment working and previous expense records.

- Assess and plan and recommendation to Purchase Department for future procurement of new assets well in time keeping in mind the resources needed/ available, and the lead time. Also assist in technical evaluation/ comparison for new asset procurement suitable to project methodology.

- Scheduled & Preventive maintenance: Planning, scheduling, preparation of calendar and implementation / execution of the preventive maintenance as per scheduled programme.

- Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the equipment back in operation within minimum turnaround time.
