Position - Head Production
Experience - 12 plus Years
Location - Karaikkal, TamilNadu
Team Handling - Yes
The Incumbent is expected to perform the below activities at the client's plant site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning
2. Achieving production and quality targets
3. Planning and co-ordination with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs.
4. Liaison with marketing
5. Trouble-shooting of plant problems
6. Developing / ensuring system like ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc.
7. Supervising and Training of sub-ordinates.
8. Focusing on areas like cost reduction / improvement of productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile
Chemical Engineer with minimum of 12 years experience in production activities in a Chemical / Fertilizer / Petrochemical industry.
Plant is based at Karaikkal and the candidate is required to be willing to relocate to near or around the plant location, along with family (If married).
Any prior experience in PVC manufacturing should be an added advantage. Candidate presently working abroad/recently returned from abroad with relevant experience can apply too.
