We do have an opening with our leading Garments Manufacturing Company looking out for a Head - Production Planning & Execution @ Tirupur Location.

Experience Level : 15-20 Years
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities
- Heading Production Planning & Execution Department
- Handling a 5-6 Product Managers and their respective teams consisting of Merchandising Managers / Merchandisers, Manager Fabric & Team etc
- Responsible from initialization of production process to order execution
- Responsible for monitoring the process of merchandising, fabric programming & execution, cutting fabric issue, knitting, Dyeing, Bleaching, steam compacting, printing & embroidery, cutting, Quality Assurance, coordination for accessories, fabric stores, pattern, lab, yarn and processing for bill passing etc.
- Heading of all the product ranges
- Responsible for handling manufacturing of around 200 - 300 products / season
- Responsible for Product Development
- Responsible for Production, planning & Control(PPC)
- Responsible for working on Costing
- Handling Sections / Vendors Management, Rate Negotiations etc
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in Garments / Hosiery manufacturing industry(Only Knits Industry)
- Willing to work in Tirupur
- Experience in handling complete product cycle from development to execution
- Experience in handling good amount of product lines
- Candidate must be a real leader, who can handle a huge team
- Candidates who can speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
