Head - Program Management - Automobile OEM (18-23 yrs)
We are urgently looking for Head Program Management person for one of the leading Automobile OEM to be based at Chennai.
1. To understand the Product Strategy of the sector and to develop further a model cycle plan which has elements of technology, planning, and to detail out the master resource plan for successful execution of the programs.
2. Monitor and control new products/projects portfolio to ensure that the projects are in line with the QCD committed to the business by participating in project review, EC reviews, gateway review on the basis of the reports generated by program manager which captures status/deviation/risks with respect to the committed plan.
3. Initiate and recommend of new processes to ensure that the new processes are more effective and efficient than the current by consolidating available information, benchmarking competition and renovating existing processes.
4. Enhance competence of program management to have a robust project management discipline which will help in PD portfolio plan by role modeling, training, on the job coaching and reinventing the developing and new processes as well as competencies.
5. Monitor and control of revenue and capital budget in PD to achieve projected committed cash flow for the financial sector budget by reviewing requirements, consolidating, proposing for the sector budget and ensuring adherence to planned expenditure.
6. Lead and mentor a team of young program managers and deal with complexities of executing a simultaneously large number of programs at multiple locations.
(8-10 Platform, 45-50 Programs, 4 locations)
7. Knowledge of the Project Management process & New Product Development Processes
