Head - Project Management - Capex & Engineering Projects Team - FMCG (12-15 yrs)
The role is responsible for leading the project management vertical within the Capex and Engineering projects team. This includes end to end project management of all Capital projects. The role requires the person to provide the leadership and coordination of all Capital projects manageed by his team to ensure OTIF delivery for all projects. The person in this role will be accountable for ensuring the Project Management and Capex management processes are adhered to and provide development plans for his team to work towards Project Management excellence.
- Should have good communication skill in English
- Should have required computing skills to prepare reports, presentations and calculations in Microsoft Office tools
- Should be adequately proficient with Microsoft Project for project tracking
- Should have adequate experience in using AutoCAD and to review complete engineering drawings.
- Should have good stakeholder management capabilities
- Has the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Has good leadership attributes and influencing, analytical and interpersonal skills
