Head - Projects - EPC (10-16 yrs)
1. Overall Project Execution- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
2. Bridge the gap between the company's primary stakeholders, customers, and the teams working on the projects.
3. Maintaining & controlling P & L of each project team - Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to the project team. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
4. Mentoring & training of lead -Projects- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
5. Assign tasks to the team & review continuously of the assigned tasks. Identify bottlenecks
6. Customer satisfaction- The project head should discuss continuously the status of all projects with all projects - leads and convey the same to the clients through an effective communication strategy. Maintain relations with clients after handover for smooth handling as well as for future opportunities.
