Head - Purchase - FMCG (15-30 yrs)

Job Profile: This is a senior position and will be involved in heading & strengthening the Purchase function and achieving the targetted results. Will handle Pan-India National Level Procurement and lead a large team of over 15# including Purchase & Stores. Will report to the Head-Supply Chain
KRAs
- Responsible for all Purchase activities including Material Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management at all plants Pan India for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Miscellaneous items.
- Strategic sourcing support to entire own & franchisee network
- Responsible for Stores and Inventory Management at all the plants across India.
- Analysis / forecasting & season planning of all RM
- Negotiations & Contract ordering of all set of RM.
- Responsible for Inventory control for all locations.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- Regular price tracking of Materials.
- New vendor development, supply chain management.
Candidate Profile: Graduates / Engineers (preferably MBAs) with 15-25 years relevant experience in Purchase with highly reputed fmcg organisations including personal-care products, cosmetics, pharma, foods, paints, etc. Must be handling at National /Regional level and leading a team of at least 5 #
