Head - Purchase - Real Estate (9-15 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for the role of Head Purchase with a leading Real Estate Industry.
Looking for 9 to 15 years of experience in RCC and Finishing Material Purchases, Delivery of Material, Annual Savings, Save Costs.
KRA:
1) Ensure timely delivery of material on all project sites
2) Ensure targeted annual savings from the defined project budgets are achieved
3) Value engineering and alternate material sourcing to better the material specifications and save costs
4) Set up, implement and adhere to the detailed SOPs for the entire purchase department
5) Provide requisite and timely MIS to management
6) Achieve the defined annual vendor development targets
7) To be updated with the latest materials available in the market
8) Ensure timely bill booking in the system
