Qualification : B.Sc (Agriculture),M.Sc. (Food Technology)/PG Food Processing,M.Sc. Agriculture
Total Yrs of Experience : 12-18 years
Candidate Profile :
- In-depth / broad-based knowledge of advanced QA, QC, Regulatory, cGMP, GLP, QMS, Food Safety standards like FSSC, PAS, BRC etc.
- Should have an experience of closely working with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Standards.
- At least 10 years of experience in leading a team of professionals in QA, QC & Regulatory function.
- Must have faced international audits in a leading role.
- Knowledge of SPC / Six Sigma Techniques.
Job Profile :
- Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems to ensure all relevant compliances as per ISO standards.
- Developing and implementing the Quality department's strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables,
- Review and develop effective specifications for raw material/in process/FG in line with customer requirements so as to improve consistency and minimize variations.
- Implement competence and skill development program for Quality team in coordination with SCLD.
