Head - Quality Assurance - Solar Division (18-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Modules and Cells.
- Product and process audit to ensure the stability of the process and quality of product at each stage of the Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.
- Design & Development of Solar PV Modules as per customer requirements.
- MIS Preparation and ISO Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Complete Accountability & the Inspection of Visual, Electrical, and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel and Cell.
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Improvement in the production process to reduce rework, and rejections.
- Manpower management with proper utilization to get maximum efficient output.
- Implementation of Various Quality Standard tools.
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out a inspection, Customer audits & third-party inspections.
Qualification, Skills & Knowledge Required :
- B.Tech with 18-20 years in Quality control and Quality Assurance profile.
- Pre-dispatch Inspection and Testing, Management of Construction Quality and Commissioning.
-Solid technical knowledge in PV module reliability and quality topics, ideally in TIC.
- Experience in daily contact with clients, Knowledge of other components in a solar is a plus.
- Experience of PV module technical design, manufacturing, quality control, technical product management, technical utilization (e.g. PVSyst), technical advisory, TIC in solar, or similar.
