Desired Profile :
- Should be strong on auditing QA processes,
- Good knowledge on ISO standards, Food safety Standards, SOP- s
- Must have quality audit experience in Beverage/ Dairy/ Alcobev companies
- Must be aware of FSMS, QMS, etc
- Must have at least 12+ years of experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Quality system development, training, evaluation,
- Review of implementation status via quality audits, follow up for CAPA and final statutory and regulatory compliance,
- Complaint handling- Investigation of root cause analysis, CAPA to troubleshoot and prevent recurrence,
- Transfer of new product, process and technology from R & D to commercial scale, Evaluation of Accelerated and marketed product stability.
- Subcontract quality system evaluation, training, and tech transfer support along with production monitoring,
- Complete document control - Master formula cards, system SOPs, material and product specifications, etc
- Validations-product, process, equipment, analytical, personnel, etc
- ERP software master maintenance
- Coordination with all the departments.
