Head - Quality Control - F&V (9-15 yrs)
QC Head F&V
Experience: 9 - 15 years
Location: Bangalore
MUST HAVES:
3+ years in QC of fruits and vegetables - Analysis and identity, understanding of shelf life & how to enhance the same
Education Specialization in food tech || BSc/MSc Agri/Btech Food Tech/Mtech
Must have handled a team
Product defects understanding
Must be ready for WFO
Regional Quality Head Measurability
Daily & weekly Customer complaints & customer Return Analysis DC wise(T1 &T2) & DS wise & initiate the corrective action corrective actions. Publish dashboard to Region & HO. Complaint/Return %
Monitor the F&V inventory holding at each location at the DC level should not carry more than 1.5 days of inventory except for National sourcing
Ensuring F&V DC processes & Packaging manual is 100% followed Process Audit score done by self & SCM
Monitor DS Process & F&V quality process adherence DS returns
Training of Manpower- DSQC/DCQC/CCQC/NSQC
Improve the incoming quality from CC CC arrival quality report
Ensuring F&V dump is less than2.5% including DC & DS. Dump nos
HACCP compliance- Initiation & Roll in coordination with the HO team
Visit Each CC & DS at least once a fortnight.
Qualification Competency Experience
BSc/Msc Agri/Btech Food Tech/Mtech
Food tech Product Knowledge 4-10 years of relevant Experience
MBA Agribusiness shall be an additional advantage Product defects understanding
understanding of shelf life & how to enhance the same
Analytical skills
Leadership & training skills
Food safety knowledge
