Head - Quality Control - Pharma (7-15 yrs)

We have an excellent opportunity as an Quality Control - Head for one of our leading Pharmaceutical Client

Experience : 7 - 15 Yrs of experience

Location : Boisar, Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of Quality Control department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy while adhering to regulatory compliance and achieving commercial success

- To meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company SOP's and internal & external customers with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost 


- Managing all validation, calibration and qualification activities in QC laboratory including validation strategy and review of protocols and reports 


- Ensuring appropriate investigation of discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures, OOS or adverse events requiring documented review and action 


-Implementation, review and usage of Quality Control Standard operating procedures, specifications for incoming materials, in-process, intermediates and finished products and test method of analysis and analytical protocols 


- Monitoring of stability study of formulated product and environment and water samples for micro biological limit test.

- Major focus on compliance and timely delivery leading quality control accepts of new projects transfer and exhibit batches.

Qualification Essential : M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma

Desirable : Candidates faced USFDA Audit /MHRA Audit


Work experience : Overall : Quality (QA/QC) with Exposure in Pharmaceutical USFDA Approved Unit Relevant to the Job

Working Relationships : 


Internal : QA, Production, Regulatory 


External : Regulatory Authorities
