Job Description :
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Responsible for driving excellence in Quality assurance, control processes and people capability to meet organization's Quality standards/objectives.
- Design, develop and implement SOPs and Quality Control measures, ERP and Internal audit system.
- Conduct surveillance and reviews of the quality systems, including those of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proactive approach to improve quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements and SOPs.
- Specify Quality requirements for Raw materials with suppliers.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans for Quality non-conformance.
- Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in compliance with quality systems.
- Plan activities and set priorities. Handle deviations and exceptions.
- Set Customer service standards and ensure adherence.
- Introduce and implement new process engineering (PE), quality management methods to ensure high level of Quality.
- Maintain complete, precise and up-to-date records.
- Devise new methods to problem solving by ensuring Cost reduction without compromising on Quality.
- Provide technical advice for selecting appropriate construction materials.
- Periodic inspection of sites to check Quality status and minimize Wastage.
- Research new design options to reduce wastage and document findings.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
- Periodic reporting to Management.
- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed.
