Head - Quality - Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
Mandatory:
- Knowledge and Implementation experience of :
QMS, 5S
Any one or more of the change management initiatives like TQM/TQC, WCM
7 QC tools
Root Cause Analysis
- To have organizational training experience of QMS and other management initiatives.
- Quality Assurance of inward materials, in process materials, final product and vendor assessments
- Knowledge and expertise in Metrology of high precision mechanical industry
- Knowledge and expertise in preparation and implementation of QAP, Sampling Plan etc
- Motivating guiding and leading the Quality Control Team
- Review Quality issues at various levels including Customer Complaints and help root cause analysis and corrective and preventive analysis ( CAPA)
- Should have Analytical competency and also be technically sound
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills
Optional:
- To have organizational training experience of QMS and other change management initiatives
- Bring in Quality Consciousness and Passion for Quality within the organization
- Establish MIS on Quality
- Any Business Excellence Model
Qualification: BE and MS/MBA (Quality / TQM)
