- Preferred Corporate Quality Experience in Real Estate Industry

Minimum Educational Qualification Required : B.Tech / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering from reputed institutes.

Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management / Construction Management would be an added advantage knowledge on Mix designs, RCC works, Waterproofing works, Finishing works.

- At least 10 - 12 years of Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience in Real estate sector.

- Should be able to Develop or prepare SOPs/Work procedures, Work Instructions, Project Quality Plan, Checklists, Formats, Inspection Test Plans for various activities, materials, BOQ review, Material specifications for all Project sites

- Should be able to lead the site QA/QC team & be able to resolve site quality control issues on daily basis.

- Should be able to drive Total Quality Management Initiatives & promote TQM Culture across the company

- Should have good English, Hindi communication skills to do various quality training programes for Engineers, Supervisors, Workers (on Process quality, Product quality, TQM trainings, IMS trainings etc.) & prepare various documentations / reports w.r.t. Quality

- Should be a good team player and have right attitude & behaviours which reflect Core Values, interpersonal skills for collaboration with different projects teams.

- Should be able to horizontally deploy Quality management system requirements across projects

- Should be a Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008 & internal auditor in Integrated Management System. Should be able to identify process deviations & initiate improvements.

- Should be able to drive - Innovation function- for Real estate sector. Key skill is to identify alternate / Innovative materials, methods, processes, Products & ensure its Implementation. Past experience in Innovation Implementation / Value engineering is essential.

- Should be able to take various quality improvement activities to deliver defect free Products to Customers

- Should be able to do Pre-qualification, Performance evaluation of contractors, suppliers w.r.t quality
