Key Responsibilities :
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Transmission Gears & Supplier Quality Assurance & Supplier Improvements
- Core Competency in Hobbing process, shaping process, Machining process, forging process, Casting & Heat Treatment process.
- Sound understanding of Layout Inspection, GD & T, And Metrological Inspection, Instruments
- Calibration& Standards rooms (Gear Tester (Lead &Profile), Profile Projector, countracer,cmm trimos etc.)
- Possess outstanding abilities in ensuring quality at project site by conducting tests & inspection and rejecting any material found non-conforming to laid down standards
- Proven track record of establishing processes & SOPs, streamlining workflow and creating team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively
- Team Leader with strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Maintaining & controlling quality standards & plans to check all activities; examining the methodology for specific operations and maintaining all quality records as per QA / QC norms
- Preparing & implementing quality assurance processes to monitor incoming, in-process & final inspection on various products, procedures, records & documentation
