Job purpose & Scope :

- Plan execution, logistics, manpower & financials of the projects. Submit plans, execute approved plan with in timelines and budget.

- Deployment of resources i.e Manpower, Infrastructure and materials in the most economic manner to complete the project.

- Responsible for smooth execution of the projects, cash-flows, Profit & Loss statements of the project and enhancement of profitability

- Setup monitoring mechanism, review project and implement remedial measures periodically in Delivery of the project conforming to quality standards and safety norms in the industry.

- Attend meetings, briefings and responsible for all interaction with the client & other associated agencies to ensure smooth working and enhancing the image of the organisation.

Person Specifications :

Essential Qualification : Bachelor in Engineering Or Diploma in Engineering [Electrical Specialization]

Desired Qualification :

Experience : 20 - 25 yrs

Industry Preference : EPC companies

- Must have field Execution Knowledge in Project likes FSP, APDRP,RGGVY, Substation

- Project planning & improvement initiatives

- Must have knowledge of material handling, storage & logistics

- Must have knowledge of Safety equipment and safety practices

Behavioral Competencies Critical Desirable :

- Ability to Lead and manage large manpower (Project Manager/ Construction Manager/Block In-charge/ Engineers/ Supervisor/Contact Labour)

- Ability to engage with highest level of govt officials

- Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)

- Willingness to learn & adapt quickly

- Ability to evaluate situation and take rational decisions in the project

- Analytical skills to identify anomalies, pinpoint causes and institute remedial measures
