Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Formulate/maintain ISO process documents for hardware and software development

- Design and develop fail safe electronic equipment and embedded software (SIL-2, SIL-4)

- Design and develop PC based application software/Tools for range of Sensor Technology products

- Identify & acquire development tools required for development

- Conduct and coordinate internal audit for process compliance

- Identify vendors/ subcontractors along with purchase department for new product development

- R&D Project Planning and Management

- Identify and coordinate with third party for verification and validation for new products

- Create & manage development team

- Technical leadership across the organization

- Prepare R&D budget annually and manage

- Interact with HQ for new development projects and delivery of development projects on time

Maintain R&D tools for manufacturing

Qualification & Required Skill Sets

- Master degree/Bachelor degree in ECE, Electronic, EEE with 15 - 18 years industrial experience

- Knowledge about ISO documentation

- Experienced in project planning and execution
