About Our Client :

Our client is one of the leading Consumer Durable companies in India. They are widely recognized in the market with the wide range of products across different verticals. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Head, based out of their corporate office in Bangalore

Job Description :

- Handling the sourcing of raw material as well finished products from the domestic markets

- Managing the Pan India logistics operations including the distribution, warehousing of the products

- Managing a team 5 - 6 members with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different functional heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

- Experienced in Inventory, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Supply Planning

- Develop demand forecasts, statistical forecast models

- Coordinate cross functional research activities and refine forecast model to update sales and marketing assumptions

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, information and other resources between point of origin to point of consumption

- Closely coordinate with in-house production team for scheduled production to meet demand & supply

- Excellent Understanding of customer needs and business channels

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be a professional with around 15 years of experience in sourcing and logistics with focus on handling distribution, warehousing operations ideally in Consumer Durables industry.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
