Head - Supply Chain - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a leading FMCG organization is looking for a Head of Supply Chain. Besides providing outstanding products and services to its customers, they are well known for providing career growth opportunities to employees in their organization.
As a Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing the logistics, warehousing, distribution, customer service, and procurement functions for a specific division.
Reporting directly to the Divisional CEO, your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing end to end supply chain teams on daily activities and projects
- Implementing cost effective solutions to drive greater efficiency in the warehouse and transport functions.
- Reviewing, setting up, and insuring best practices in supply chain processes.
- Mentoring and leading the team to strive towards set standards and practices.
- Ensuring divisional KPIs are met.
- In addition, you will be responsible for setting and implementing all strategic plans pertaining to the operations of the division, with the opportunity to be promoted, depending on performance.
The successful candidate for this Head of Supply Chain role, must have :
- A Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- A minimum of 10-12 years experience in end to end supply chain with multinational FMCG companies.
- Strong team management experience as well as good leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
