Head - Supply Chain - FMCG (2-10 yrs)
Our Supply chain
- 6 collection centres across Karnataka to procure vegetables from farmers directly
- 40,000 Sq.ft fulfilment centre with 50+ employees and 120+ helpers with the capacity of 200 tones a day output
- 12+ Last mile hub across Bangalore for micro deliveries
- End to end integrated logistics
Supply chain Innovation Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders like operations, Product, sourcing, Customer teams to build seamless products and process and deliver world class customer service
- Customer focused supply chain leader will be responsible for continuous innovation across the entire supply chain leading to faster deliveries, lower cost, better quality and 100% fulfilment
- Design, implement and mature business processes and tech solutions across various legs of supply chain to achieve SLAs and deliver world class customer service
- Define and implement required automation to drive efficiency and speed
- Drive operational efficiency through analysis
- Identify and develop top talent in the organization
- Lead teams across functions to drive KRAs and Achieve critical customer and business metrics
- Drive continuous improvement at farmer and vendor base to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of transportation-related services provided to the customers
- Own critical metrics across the supply chain
Experience and Required Skills :
- Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience
- Experience working in a world class fulfilment centres and managing customer focused supply chain
- Strong experience in supply chain design and implementing improvement projects
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic & - internet-speed- environment with tight deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills
- Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma a strong plus.
- Be a self-starter

- Attract talent and makes right hiring decisions, On-boarding and continuous development of team and maintain a high delivery bar.
- Deliver customer and business goals for processes handled.
- Operational goals for respective business functions measured under Cycle Time/ Productivity/ Quality/ Cost metrics.
