Designation - Supply Chain Head - North

Key Responsibilities :

Overall cost responsibility for the supply chain function and ensuring that it is reduced yearly on a constant basis.

Responsible for running the overall supply chain operations of the company.

Design, develop, and implement cross Business Unit, materials, production, inventory and logistics strategies for the supply chains.

Mentoring and provide guidance to supply chain team and help them deliver their best on the job. The team should look up to the leader for their growth & success in the company.

The individual shall be able to liaison with senior management of the company and be able to design and execute company's vision around supply chain and logistics.

Has existing relationships with logistic companies and other 3PL providers to be able to partner with them and bring them on board to deliver a great shelf experience to the customer.

Partner with internal and external functional stakeholders to maintain strategic and critical supplier relationships.

Align with internal business partners to garner support and advocacy of enterprise Supply Chain initiatives.

Intervene to address supply chain failures as necessary

Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense, resources, and capital.
