Experienced person required to oversee the organization's ongoing operations and procedures. He will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.

The person is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will have to maintain control of diverse business operations. Should have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Supply Chain / operations or relevant role

- Knowledge of supply chain operations is a must ( Perishable Goods). Be able to create and drive supply chain strategy.

- Should have experience of handling supply chain teams of 50 +

- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

- Manage and execute goals and responsibilities associated with company

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

- Should love the Agri Space/ farmers / agriculture

- Humane personality

Desired Candidate :

- Supply chain Management 8 + years of overall experience with minimum of 6yrs of relevant experience in running a sophisticated supply chain (strategic sourcing, managing suppliers, industry analysis, contract management, negotiations, and forecasting)

- Demonstrated knowledge of leadership principles and practices, supervision, training, coaching and mentoring, and talent development

- Must have strong financial/budget management skills,

- Strong written and verbal communications skills,

- Strong contract negotiating skills, and organizational strategic vision, and proven ability to work collaboratively and tactfully with a diverse group of people
