Head - Supply Chain Planning - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
FMCG company is currently looking a leader for managing the operations for one of our clients. It is an extremely candidate driven organisation where we are able to evaluate and move a candidate to different roles in case he/she is not deemed fit for a particular company or profile.
Designation : Head - Supply Chain Planning
Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Supply chain planning head is responsible for setting the vision of the company's logistics network and implementing the best practices within the organisation.
- The incumbent should be a good communicator and be able to work with top management and communicate the supply chain vision very clearly.
- The incumbent should come with a technology mindset and look at solving problems and achieving scale through the use of technology.
- The incumbent should work very closely with stakeholders of marketing, sales and technology and be able to clearly communicate on behalf of supply chain functions and be able to coordinate and collaborate wherever required.
- The incumbent should have knowledge of working on various supply chain softwares/ERP's and be able to train team on those if required.
- The incumbent should be self motivated and the team should look upto him/her as a thought leader.
- The incumbent should be extremely process oriented and at the same time a go getter and has a hands-on approach to problem solving.
