Head - Supply Chain/Procurement/Merchandising (10-20 yrs)
We are looking to bring on board as Head Merchandising/Category Head.
The incumbent must possess a background in planning, buying and selling of merchandise.
S/he will be responsible for analysis, planning, acquisition, handling and control of merchandise investment of retail operation across all products. S/he will be responsible for formulating policies, procedures and forecasting the sales for the forthcoming budget period by estimating the consumer demand and the impact of changes occurring in the industry. The individual would also be responsible for the end to end planning, procurement, merchandizing of the private labels.
S/he needs to be an exceptional leader who can build a strong team and energize the team. The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture and be a key contributor to its growth.
S/he will be a critical member of the leadership team and will own the growth targets for the company.
