Head - Sustainability (15-25 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for strategies & initiatives to increase growth of Sustainability Business in terms of Profit & Loss.
2. Partner new clients or sectors/industries, deepen relationship with existing clients or sectors
3. Innovate & Introduce new offerings or new services other than existing offerings under the Sustainability services.
4. Building a Team to cater sustainability services & manage it across geographies, be the one responsible for building capability, manage growth & improve utilization as well productivity.
Knowledge :
1. Strategy mapping for ESG & SDG Goals
2. Partnering Client or supporting Sustainability Assurance
3. Conducting Training or workshop
4. GRI or G4 Reporting & Assurance
5. Carbon Management
6. ESG - Certified Energy auditor
7. Certified Carbon Foot print Assessor
8. Implementation of ESG Goals
Qualification :
- Should be an engineering graduate and having 15-25 yrs of hands on experience in Sustainability.
