Head of Vehicle Program Management - Automobile
- Manage Research, Development and Innovation projects.
- Responsible for the management of new projects planned in the long term product range, ensuring budgeted costs (capex and variable costs), timing, quality and performance.
- Guarantee a strategic surveillance and constant flow of product planning and development processes, matching the targets of time to market, cost, performance and quality assigned to each projects in the brand products plan.
- Lead a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers covering all the products belonging to the assigned product families.
