Head/Vice President - Engineering (15-20 yrs)
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient execution of project engineering activities in Vadodara for SVS and Also supports the administration and site leadership for other BAs on site.
Implementing globally defined GBP and SVS practices to local resources
Responsible developing and managing GBP engineering competence, capability and capacity, with the target to double GBP Engineering capacity over the next 2 years
Continue consolidation to Vadodara location
Organize GBP and SVS managers based in India to work together to resolve common issues and build a BA identity
Responsible to work with Indian Finance, Admin, IT, and HR organization for Vadodara site administration
Work with MA India Leadership team to represent SVS BA interests and communicate business and market needs
Develop and administer BUILD resource development program
Matrix leader for all SVS employees based in India

Owns GBP Eng Resourcing, Hire and
Fire decisions
Cost and schedule for assigned workload
Vadodara site requirements
Performance metrics:
Actual vs budgeted activity costs
Fixed cost budget
Safety metrics
Customer & Employee
Capacity management metrics

Must have (no compromise)
Hard skills:
Previous working experience in engineering general management responsible for resource planning, hire/fire, engineering cost, facility management, etc.
Strong knowledge of engineering data management and tools.
Creating business case for engineering
