- Bachelors or masters degree in mining from a premier Institute like Indian Institute of Mining, Dhanbad

- 15-20 years experience as mine manger in open pit mining of minerals also such as phosphate, limestone, iron ore, copper

- General management skills

- Ability to adopt to the work environment in a foreign country

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Self-driven and ability to work independently

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- High Integrity

- Strong technical skills

- Geological modelling using Surpac

- Mine planning using Whittle

- Scheduling
